Catfish Nuggets
Catfish Nuggets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. catfish fillets, 1 c. finely crushed cheese crackers, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 c. sesame seed and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cut fillets into 1-inch cubes; set aside.
Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, sesame seed, salt and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
Dip fish cubes in butter; roll in cracker crumb mixture. Place fish cubes 1/2-inch apart on aluminum foil lined baking sheets.
Bake, uncovered, at 400Β° for 20 minutes or until fish is golden brown.
Serve immediately with your favorite dip for fish or with Sour Cream Bleu Cheese Dip.
