Catfish House Mix
Catfish House Mix is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 gal. green tomatoes, cut up, 1/2 pt. hot peppers, cut up (you may substitute a mixture of banana peppers or bell peppers for hot peppers), 1 pt. white vinegar, 1/4 c. salt and 1 qt. onions, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all ingredients together.
Bring to a boil or boil until tomatoes are light green.
Do not continue to boil.
Gently stir a couple of times and seal in hot jars.
