Catch-All Casserole
Catch-All Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1 tbsp. instant chopped onions and 3 medium-size potatoes, pared and thinly sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Crumble ground chuck on bottom of a 7 1/2 x 11 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle salt, pepper and instant onions. Layer with potatoes, corn and beans.
Top with the soups. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
