Cat'S Picadillo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 medium tomato, chopped, 1 large potato, diced and 1 tbsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet.
Drain off grease. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil.
Turn down heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
Serve with Mexicali corn and warm tortillas.
