Casserole Supreme
Casserole Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. margarine, 1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper, 1 small onion, grated, 2 c. finely chopped celery and 1 can small english peas, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt margarine in a large saucepan.
Add green pepper, onion and celery; saute until tender.
Remove from heat and add next 6 ingredients; mix well.
Spoon mixture into a greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
