Casserole Ole
Casserole Ole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. velveeta shells and cheese dinner, 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained, 1 lb. ground beef or turkey, 1 pkg. taco seasoning and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Prepare Velveeta dinner as directed.
Add chilies. Brown and drain meat.
Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Add Velveeta dinner/chilie mixture to meat mixture. Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Before serving, top with sour cream and chopped tomato.
