Caspar Fish
Caspar Fish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with fish fillets (30), 1 box ritz or town house crackers, 2 to 6 eggs, 2 to 3 c. flour and lawry's salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Adjust recipe accordingly.
Roll out crackers until fine. Beat eggs in flat bowl; mix in Lawry's for seasoning.
Put flour on plate.
Place crackers on plate.
Take fillets and cover with flour.
Dip in eggs until covered and bread with crackers.
Place in medium-high oiled frypan, turning when golden brown.
When both sides are golden, put fillets on paper towel to drain.
