👨‍🍳 Instructions

Combine sugar, water, corn syrup and butter in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat to 300° on candy thermometer.

Add cashews. Cook until thermometer reaches 310°.

Stir in baking soda.

Pour into lightly greased 9-inch square pan.

Smooth out to fill the pan.

Let stand until cold, then break into pieces.

Makes about 1 pound.
