Carrots Royale
Carrots Royale is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. carrots, thinly sliced, 1/4 c. golden raisins, 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) imperial spread sticks, 3 tbsp. honey and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Cook carrots, covered in 1/2-inch boiling water, for 8 minutes. Drain. Turn carrots into a 1-quart baking dish.
Stir in raisins, Imperial, honey, lemon juice and ginger.
Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into serving bowl. Sprinkle with almonds. Serves 4.
