Carrots Parmesan
Carrots Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 large carrots, 1 1/2 pt. whipping cream, 1 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 20 pecans (optional) and 1 large grated onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Boil carrots that have been cut crosswise in salted water for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
Drain and put in blender or grate.
Stir in cream, cheese, onion and seasonings.
Pour into a large buttered casserole.
Place pecan halves over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Freezes well.
A wonderful companion with turkey.
Serves 12 to 14.
