Carrots Marinade
Carrots Marinade is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, 1 large onion, 1 green pepper, 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut carrots in julienne strips.
Cook in small amount of water until barely tender; drain and cook.
Slice onion thinly and cut pepper into strips.
Combine with carrots.
Mix the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Pour over carrots, onions and pepper, chill.
