Carrot Snack Cups
Carrot Snack Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 serving size) pkg. orange flavor gelatin, 3/4 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. cold water, ice cubes and 1 tbsp. lemon juice (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
Add to gelatin with lemon juice, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Fold in carrots; spoon into individual glasses.
Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
