Carrot Salad
Carrot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. carrots, cut up, 1/2 onion, chopped, 1/2 c. mazola oil, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil carrots for 15 minutes in salt water until tender. Drain.
Bring Mazola oil, vinegar, sugar and tomato soup to a boil.
Arrange alternate layers of carrots, onion and bell pepper. Pour tomato mixture over.
Let set in refrigerator for 1 to 2 days.
