Mix carrots, rice, cheese, onion and basil.
Spread in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with beater.
Pour into plate (pie).
Bake until knife inserted comes clean, 30 to 35 minutes at 400Β°.
