Carrot Lyonnaise
Carrot Lyonnaise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. carrots, pared and julienned, 1 can chicken broth, 3 medium onions, sliced, 1 tbsp. flour and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook carrots in broth 10 minutes.
Melt 1/4 cup butter.
Add onions and saute 5 to 10 minutes.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper and water.
Bring to boiling.
Add carrots and stock.
Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
