Precook carrots a little.
Boil tomato soup, sugar and 1/4 can water for 1 minute.
Cut bacon into small pieces.
Mix carrots, soup and bacon together in lightly greased casserole.
Bake at 350Β° about 1/2 hour or until carrots are tender.
