Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. soda, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together. Add sugar, oil and eggs.
Mix well.
Add carrots, pineapple and nuts.
Blend.
Turn into 3 9-inch round pans lined with waxed paper.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool a few minutes in pans, then turn out and cool on wire racks.
Cake will be very brown as it bakes.
Layers and spread top and sides with Cream Cheese frosting.
