Carrot Cake

Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla; mix well.
Add flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon; mix well.

Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350Β° for 40 minutes. When cake is cool, ice with Cream Cheese Icing.
