Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. corn oil, 2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 2 c. flour and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine corn oil and sugar and beat with a beater.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand using a wooden spoon, stirring well after each addition.
When all ingredients have been added and mixed well, pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch loaf pan and bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
