Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, carrots and walnuts and blend.
Bake at 325Β° in 1 layer in 9 x 13 pan for 45 to 55 minutes or in 2 layers in 8 x 8 pans for 40 minutes or in 3 loaf pans for 55 minutes.
