Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. salad oil, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 2 c. sifted flour and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix salad oil and sugar.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Gradually add dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt).
Add carrot baby food and mix well.
Pour into 2 greased and floured pans and bake at 350Β° until done, approximately 30 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely.
