Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. corn oil, 1 3/4 c. granulated sugar, 3 eggs, 2 c. all-purpose flour and 2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat oil, sugar and eggs until well blended.
In a bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves.
Add to sugar mixture.
Drain the pineapple.
Add carrots, walnuts and pineapple to mixture.
Blend to mix well.
Pour batter into greased and floured 9 or 10-inch cake pan.
Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour.
Cool Cake.
Prepare frosting.
