Carrot Cake

In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Add carrots, oil and eggs. Beat with electric mixer until combined. Add pineapple, coconut, raisins and nuts.
Mix by hand. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish and bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
When cooled, frost with cream cheese frosting.
