Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1 1/2 c. salad oil, 2 c. sugar, 2 c. plain flour, sifted and 3 c. carrots, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sift flour before measuring and combine with cinnamon, salt, soda and nuts and set aside.
With mixer on low speed, mix well the eggs, oil and sugar; add carrots.
Mix dry ingredients with batter.
(Do not beat very much.) Grease and flour 3 round cake pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Cool before icing.
