Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. oil, 2 1/2 c. flour and 2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream eggs, sugar and oil together.
Sift flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon together, then add to creamed sugar, eggs and oil.
Alternate with the small (3) jars of baby carrots.
Bake in large greased and floured cake pan (15 x 12-inch).
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
When cold, put icing on cake.
