Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cooking oil, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 2 tsp. soda and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Blend oil and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Sift all dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture of oil and sugar. Stir vanilla and carrots into this. Bake in three 10-inch greased and floured pans for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
