Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. self-rising flour, 2 c. sugar, 2 c. grated carrots, 1 1/2 c. wesson oil and 1 c. pecans, cut fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Pour oil in bowl.
Sift flour, sugar, spice and salt together. Add 1/2 part of this and 1 egg at a time until all is used.
Add nuts and carrots.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325Β° in tube pan.
