Carrot Cake

Mix oil and sugar.
Add eggs and blend.
Sift dry ingredients twice and add nuts to dry ingredients.
Blend thoroughly with other mixture.
Add carrots a small amount at a time and blend well.
Turn into 3 paper-lined cake pans.

Cool thoroughly.
