Carrot Cake

Combine first 7 ingredients; stir in eggs, oil and vanilla, mixing well.
Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove from pans, and let cool completely on wire racks.
Spread Cream Cheese Frosting between layers and on top of cake.
Yields one 3-layer cake.
