Carrot Cake
A spiced layer cake loaded with shredded carrots, crushed pineapple and pecans bound by oil for a tender, moist crumb. The classic carrot cake, ready for cream cheese frosting.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients.
In another bowl mix eggs, oil, vanilla, and pineapple.
Combine dry ingredients with egg mixture.
Add nuts and carrots.
Bake in two (2) round 8 inch cake pans.
Bake at 275Β° until tooth pick comes out clean.
Cool before frosting.
