Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1 tsp. soda, 3 tsp. cinnamon, 1 1/2 c. wesson oil and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sift flour and other dry ingredients.
Mix oil and sugar; add dry ingredients.
Mix well; add carrots, pineapple and nuts.
Add vanilla, rest of the flour and eggs, one at a time.
Blend well. Bake at 350Β° in 2 or 3 cake pans.
Top with Cream Cheese Frosting (recipe follows).
