Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. oil (canola), 4 eggs, well beaten, 1 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix sugar and oil.
Add eggs and beat well.
Combine all dry ingredients (flour, salt, powder, soda and cinnamon) and stir into sugar mixture.
Add nuts, grated carrots and pineapple.
Beat well.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
May be iced when cooled with Cream Cheese Icing.
