Beat eggs; add sugar and beat well.
Add oil and carrots and beat.
Sift together the flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add to mixture and beat well.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch or 3 layer cake pans.
Bake at 325Β° for 40 to 50 minutes for 9 x 13-inch and 30 to 35 minutes for layer cake pans.
