Carrot Cake

Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat thoroughly.
Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan or 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
When the cake is cool, remove it from the pan.
Prepare cream cheese frosting.
