Beat eggs, add sugar, oil and dry ingredients and mix well.
Add grated carrots and nuts until well-mixed.
Bake in 9 X 13 oblong pan or 3 - 8 inch pans at 350 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes.
Cool; then put together with the following icing.
