Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 scant c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 1/2 c. wesson oil, 2 tsp. soda, dissolved in buttermilk and 1/3 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix salt and cinnamon with flour.
Mix all in order, then add grated carrots.
Pour into well-greased tube pan.
Bake 2 hours at 300Β°.
As soon as you remove cake from oven, add icing to cake in pan, then turn out onto plate and ice rest of cake.
