Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. soda and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

The flour and all dry ingredients together into a large bowl.
Separate yolks and whites from eggs.
Add yolks, grated carrots, nuts and salad oil to dry ingredients, mixing well with beaters.
Mixture be very thick.
Fold in 3 beaten egg whites.
Pour into greased tube cake pan.
Bake for 50 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
Frost with cream cheese frosting. Decorate with pecans.
