Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. oil, 2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 2 c. flour and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine first 3 ingredients, mix well.
Add to this the next four ingredients (flour, etc.).
Stir in the last five ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes (metal pan) or 325° for 45 to 50 minutes (glass pan). Do not overbake.
Cool, then frost.
