Carrot Cake

Cream together sugar and eggs.
Blend in oil.
Stir together soda, salt, flour, cinnamon and salt.
Mix and blend.
Add carrots. Bake in three 8-inch square or three 9-inch round pans at 325Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Insert toothpick for testing; if comes out clean, cake is done.
