Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix together the eggs and oil.

Add sugar.

Sift together the flour, cinnamon, soda and salt.

Add to egg mixture, then add carrots.

Bake in three 9-inch cake pans at 350° for 30 to 40 minute or until done.

Ice with cream cheese icing.

Serves 16.
