Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 4 whole eggs, 2 c. all-purpose flour and 2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream together sugar and vegetable oil.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Mix flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together and add to oil mixture gradually.
Fold carrots, nuts and pineapple into mixture.
Bake in three 8-inch layers at 350Β° for approximately 40 minutes.
Top with Cream Cheese Frosting.
