Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. salad oil, 3 jars junior baby food (carrots), 4 eggs and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix first 4 ingredients and set aside.
Then use sifter to mix next 5 ingredients.
Combine the two and add nuts.
Use Bundt cake pan and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour (may take longer; some ovens vary).
When cooled, cover with following icing.
