Carrot Cake 2
Carrot Cake 2 is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. unsifted flour, 2 tsp. baking soda, 2 tsp. baking powder, 2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease a 10-inch tube pan; set aside. In medium bowl, combine flour and next 4 ingredients.
In large mixing bowl, beat oil and sugars until well mixed.
Add dry ingredients and continue mixing until well combined.
Fold in carrots, nuts and raisins.
Pour in prepared pan.
Bake for 60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
