Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. oil, 4 eggs, 1 tsp. baking soda and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla with electric mixer.
In second bowl, mix dry ingredients together.
Alternate mixing dry ingredients and baby food into sugar mixture until well blended. Add nuts.
Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40-50 minutes.
Cool upright on rack for 10 minutes, invert for remaining cooling time.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
