Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. mazola corn oil, 4 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix first 6 ingredients together by hand.
Add and mix in pecans, raisins and carrots.
Cover bottom inside of cake pan with waxed paper and grease well.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Makes four layers.
