Carrot Bread
Carrot Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3/4 c. oil, 1 1/2 c. flour, 2 eggs and 1 1/2 c. grated raw carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all ingredients except carrots and nuts with electric beater.
Fold in carrots and nuts by hand.
Grease 5 x 9-inch loaf pan and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Two 1 pound loaf pans may be used; bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool for 15 minutes before turning out onto wire rack.
