Carrot Bread
Carrot Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 2 eggs, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 c. sugar or honey and 1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix together flour, baking powder and carrots.
In a separate bowl beat eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and cinnamon.
Combine all ingredients and pour into two greased bread pans.
