Carrot Bread
Carrot Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt; set aside.
Beat eggs and beat in sugar, oil and carrots.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes in pan, then turn onto a rack to cool.
