Carnation Famous Fudge
Carnation Famous Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk (carnation), 2 tbsp. butter, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 c. (4 oz.) miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine sugar, milk, butter and salt in medium heavy-duty saucepan.
Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows, morsels, nuts and vanilla.
Stir vigorously until marshmallows are melted.
Pour into foil-lined 8-inch square baking dish.
Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
Remove foil.
Cut into pieces.
