Boil unpeeled whole potatoes.
Boil eggs.
Drain and cool. Peel potatoes and eggs.
Cut into cubes.
Combine potatoes, eggs and drained vegetables.

Add 1/4 to 1/2 reserved liquid.
Mix all. Chill before serving.
